With a Master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders from Arkansas State University, Kanetra combines academic insight with real-world execution. Her professional journey includes impactful roles at Westrock Coffee Company, Garver, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Insight—where she led initiatives in people operations, sales management, and client experience. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong work ethic instilled in me by my parents and the values I developed growing up in rural Arkansas.
